Jadyn Aguilar

Jadyn Aguilar serves as the Head of Design Operations and UX Research at Gusto since December 2021. Previously, Jadyn held the position of Design Practice Lead at Best Buy Canada from October 2017 to October 2021, where responsibility included leading the eCommerce Digital Design team and the Product UI Design team. Experience also encompasses mentorship roles at Vancouver Film School and previous art direction positions at Noise Digital Inc. and FCV Interactive, where Jadyn led design for various high-profile clients. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana Tijuana and a Digital Design Diploma from Vancouver Film School.
