Katelin Hesketh is a seasoned project management professional with a diverse background in product operations, implementation delivery, and client success. Currently serving as Senior Lead PMO for CX Transformation at Gusto, Katelin previously held various leadership positions at Guild, where responsibilities included developing change management systems and optimizing agile delivery practices.
