Kirsten Malinowski is an accomplished Product Design Leader currently employed at Gusto since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on enhancing acquisition and expansion efforts across the end-to-end funnel experience. Previously, Kirsten held positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), contributing to the development of a no-code app builder, and at NerdWallet as a Senior UX Designer, where efforts were directed towards brand optimization and design system thinking. Earlier career experiences include roles at Seer Interactive, BlackRock, Wolters Kluwer, Rugg Road Paper Company, and a design internship at 826 Boston. Kirsten holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the New England School of Art & Design.
