Lauren Snyder

Lauren Snyder serves as Head of Operations at Gusto since February 2023, with significant experience in operational leadership across various organizations. At Minded, Lauren acted as a strategic advisor for an emerging mental healthcare firm from August 2020 to October 2023. Previously, Lauren held the position of Vice President of Operations at MainStreet, overseeing the delivery of substantial tax credits to small businesses and startups and successfully launching new business lines within tight timelines. At AnyRoad, Lauren excelled as Vice President of Customer Success, fostering partnerships with prestigious brands. Earlier roles include Head of Operations at nurx, Director of Implementation and senior managerial roles at Zenefits, and Operations Manager at One Medical Group. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Theatre from Westminster Choir College of Rider University and has additional educational experience at Princeton University.
