Natalie Harmon is an accomplished Staff Product Designer with extensive experience in product design and visual design across various organizations. Currently employed at Gusto since August 2025, Natalie previously held similar roles at LegalZoom, where a key contribution involved designing experiments and improving the LLC formation process, as well as leading the design of LZ Books, a bookkeeping tool. Natalie's earlier experience includes senior design positions at Studio, Intuit, and a visual design internship at Omada Health, among others.
