Red Norman

Red Norman has extensive experience in the field of people services and benefits analysis, currently serving in multiple roles at Gusto since January 2018, including Benefits Analyst focusing on compliance, leaves, and accommodations. Prior to Gusto, Red held positions such as Operations Manager and Client Services Supervisor at Epic Health Services, Inc., and had experience in business development and dispatch at Revolution Recovery. Red also worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Connecting The Pieces and in a private residence, and gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor and a Trainer/Supervisor at Starbucks. Red holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Temple University, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
