Rocky DeSantis has a diverse background in customer service, communications, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Football Forward Foundation since December 2022, Rocky contributes to funding youth and differently-abled football programs globally. At Gusto, starting in July 2021, Rocky plays a vital role in customer care for a platform that supports small businesses with various HR and payroll services. Previous experience includes positions as a Connection Specialist at Homeowner Assist and Customer Service Representative roles at National Assemblers Inc. and Barton Associates Inc. Rocky began a journalism career with roles as Features Editor and Journalist at Benedictine College's student-run newspaper. Rocky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Benedictine College and an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Garden City Community College.
