Sean Kelley

Sean Kelley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer support within the financial products and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Financial Products Operations at Gusto since August 2019, Kelley leads a team of 20 in enhancing customer experience and streamlining operational processes aligned with corporate objectives. Prior to Gusto, Kelley held various positions at Apple from March 2014 to August 2019, including Customer Engagement Manager, where complex issues were addressed and solutions implemented, and as Lead Genius, where strategies were developed to improve customer service. Kelley's earlier career includes significant achievements as a professional soccer player, winning multiple championships, as well as roles in coaching and management. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies with a focus on Leadership from George Mason University.
