Skyler Flora

Skyler Flora is a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science. Flora has extensive experience in athletics, participating as a dedicated member of the Women's Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field teams from August 2015 to May 2019, where 25 hours per week were committed to training and competition. Flora’s professional background includes a role as Quality Operations Manager at Gusto in July 2024, along with previous positions focusing on benefits services and member operations at the same company. Additionally, Flora interned at Ice Chamber Athletic Performance Training in 2017, leading classes in injury prevention and coaching clients on weight lifting techniques. Flora has also worked at Tahoe Donner Association in various roles, including ski instructor and tennis hostess, providing instruction and customer service to individuals of all ages.
