Varsha Radhakrishnan

Varsha Radhakrishnan is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in technology and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Payroll Experiences at Gusto since June 2022 and as a Technology & AI Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Policy Research, Varsha previously held multiple roles at IBM from July 2016 to May 2022, including Digital Analytics Product Manager and Senior Product Manager in Growth Platform, where notable achievements included the development of strategic AI solutions to enhance user engagement and growth management workspaces. Earlier experiences include a Research Associate position at the American Institutes for Research, an internship at IBM Watson, and various research roles at prestigious institutions, culminating in a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
