Alodie Lim

Alodie Lim's work experience begins in 2011 when they co-founded Envisage Education and served as a Non-executive Director until 2015. In 2010, they joined Tan Tock Seng Hospital as a Senior Respiratory Therapist, where they assessed and treated patients with respiratory conditions and served as a preceptor for new staff and students. At the hospital, they also held the role of Management Executive from 2014 to 2017, where they led process improvement and design thinking projects, worked closely with senior management, and gained exposure to different healthcare systems through research and study visits. In 2018, Alodie took on the role of External Analyst (Market Research) at GutCheck and Associate Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, where they conducted modules leading to a Diploma in Health Services Management, supervised students' final year projects, and served as an assessor for key examinations.

Alodie Lim completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Respiratory Therapy at The Ohio State University from 2008 to 2010. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2016, Alodie pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the National University of Singapore. No specific field of study was provided for the MBA.
