Gerald Guterman

Gerald Guterman is an experienced acquisitions partner at GP Miami Acquisitions since March 2016 and served as senior principal partner at Guterman Partners, LLC until August 2024. Guterman has held advisory roles with the Government of Romania, including serving as an advisor to the Privatization Minister from April 1999 to March 2000, where consultation focused on the sale of government-owned enterprises, and as a financial advisor to the President from February 1983 to April 1985, advising on the impact of financial decisions. Additionally, Guterman contributed as chairman of the advisory committee for banking and finance at the United States Center for Strategic and International Studies from March 1997 to November 1998, and as an advisor to the Interior Minister of the Government of Austria from March 1983 to February 1984. Gerald Guterman is an alumnus of Hofstra University.
