Kaethy Kennedy is a seasoned marketing and creative operations executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Marketing Operations at Guthy|Renker since July 2025, Kaethy leads creative marketing teams for prominent brands including JLo Beauty and Crepe Erase, focusing on performance enhancement and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this role, Kaethy held positions such as Chief of Staff at FCTRY LAb, where operational improvements were prioritized, and Founder/Ccreative Director at Napa Films, overseeing branding and content development for diverse clients. With a strong background in event management as Program and Events Director at C200 and executive roles at Mia Pelle Innovations and Lieberman Productions, Kaethy has a proven track record in driving growth and creative excellence.
