Eva Bourcelot

Eva Bourcelot is a seasoned professional in customer success management and client relations, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at GutiLab since April 2025. Eva also founded the SIRIUS association in January 2019, focusing on child protection. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success at Golem.ai, Team Lead Customer Success at Eventdrive, and Customer Success Manager positions at Botify and Hootsuite, where expertise in managing client portfolios and enhancing brand awareness was demonstrated. Earlier in the career, Eva held significant roles at Adobe, starting as Junior Account Manager SEM and progressing to Account Manager SEM, managing key client portfolios and supporting strategic decisions. Eva holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Communication from ESG Paris and a Licence in Genetics and Life Sciences from Université Paris Cité.
