Pini Karuchi

Pini Karuchi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as CFO at Gutsy since November 2023, Pini previously held the position of CFO and acting COO at Orca Security from January 2020 to January 2024, where contributions included enhancing cloud security solutions. Prior to that, Pini was VP of Finance at Twistlock, focusing on security for containerized environments, and Head of Finance and Operations at Trusteer (IBM Security), managing significant operational projects. Pini's career also includes experience as Director of Finance at Trusteer Ltd., Financial Controller at Compass Electro Optical Systems Ltd., and Senior Auditor at PwC, with expertise in high-tech industries and regulatory frameworks. Pini holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a CPA from Tel Aviv University.
