Catherine T. has work experience in customer support and customer success roles. Catherine worked at Guusto starting in April 2022 as a Customer Support representative. Prior to that, they worked at TTEC from May 2021 to April 2022 in a Customer Success role.

Catherine also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Financial Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
