Skai Dalziel is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. In 2004, Skai worked as a Kitesurfing Instructor for the International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO), teaching kitesurfing and leading kite trips worldwide. Skai then moved on to co-found Whistler Tasting Tours in 2008, a company that offered progressive dining tours in Whistler, BC, visiting multiple highly-rated restaurants in one night. Skai played a crucial role in the success of Whistler Tasting Tours, which became the top-rated Food & Drink Experience on Trip Advisor and was recognized by the Canadian Tourism Commission. Skai's entrepreneurial journey continued with the founding of Guusto in 2013, where they served as the Co-Founder & CEO. Guusto is a highly acclaimed recognition platform, helping HR leaders build recognition programs for both frontline and office workers. Skai Dalziel began their education in 1999 at Western University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering. This program lasted for five years, concluding in 2004. Additionally, from 2001 to 2004, Skai attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they obtained a degree known as HBA (Bachelor of Honors Business Administration) in the field of Business.
