Benjamin Cheung

Benjamin Cheung, ACAS, has extensive work experience in the field of data science and actuarial analysis. Benjamin is currently employed at Guy Carpenter as a Lead Data Scientist. Prior to this, they worked at Argo Group as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist. Benjamin also held roles at AIG, where they worked as a Data Science Analyst II, Actuarial Analyst, and Senior Actuarial Assistant. Additionally, they have experience as an Actuarial Assistant at GEICO and as an Accounting Intern at QBE Insurance. Benjamin's early career included positions as a Research Statistician at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Research Assistant at Joseph Potashnik and Associates, PLLC, and Sales Associate at Hollister Co.

Benjamin Cheung, ACAS, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Sciences and Finance from Binghamton University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Stuyvesant High School in 2010. Benjamin also holds the certification of Associate Casualty Actuarial Society, which was obtained in 2017 from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
