Etienne Laurent

Etienne Laurent has over a decade of experience in risk management and analytics. Etienne worked at AXA from 2004 to 2011, where they served as a Risk Management Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for modeling and optimizing insurance activities within the framework of Solvency II. Etienne also played a key role in the approval process for new life and non-life insurance products. In 2011, Etienne joined Guy Carpenter as an Actuary, where they worked until 2013. Etienne then became the Head of GC Analytics Benelux, a position they currently hold.

Etienne Laurent completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Actuary from the Université catholique de Louvain in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics from the Université de Namur from 1998 to 2002.
