Fredrik Murer

Fredrik Murer is an accomplished professional in the trade credit and political risk sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Guy Carpenter since March 2020, where Murer leads the Center of Excellence for Trade Credit and Political Risk. Previously, Murer held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer for North America at Coface from September 2016 to March 2019, and served at Chubb from January 2004 to September 2016 as the Head of Americas for Political Risk and Credit. Murer's career also includes significant roles at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Chubb, and AIG, with a focus on political risk and trade credit underwriting. Murer holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
