Hugo Kostelni

Hugo Kostelni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the risk solutions and insurance sectors. Currently, Hugo serves as the Managing Director and Global Risk Solutions Practice Leader for North America at Guy Carpenter, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this, Hugo was the President of JLT Re Structured Products from January 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing tailored solutions and analytics for a diverse range of clients. Hugo's career also includes serving as Executive Vice President at Towers Watson and JLT Re, and as Senior Vice President at Towers Perrin and Towers Watson, demonstrating a strong track record in revenue growth and specialty practice leadership. Earlier roles include Vice President at Pegasus Advisors and Controller at MIIX, overseeing financial operations for a major insurance company. Hugo began a career in finance as a Senior Auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, honing skills across various financial sectors. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University, earned in 1988.
