Jim Konstanty

Jim Konstanty is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Guy Carpenter since May 2022. Previously, Jim held various roles at PartnerRe from August 2008 to May 2022, including SVP and Senior Underwriter focusing on Crop Insurance for the US and Canada, as well as positions as VP for Crop Underwriting and Pricing Actuary. Prior experience includes roles at XL Capital as VP and Property Pricing Manager, Senior Pricing Specialist at General Re, and Actuarial Associate at both National Re and ISO. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1985 and 1989.
