Jim Sheldrick

Jim Sheldrick has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jim started their career in 1999 at IBM, where they worked as a Microsoft Application Developer, Java Developer, and eventually became a Senior Java Consultant / Architect. In 2012, they became an Independent Senior Java Consultant before joining Pariveda Solutions as a Solution Architect / Manager in 2013. Jim then worked as a Senior Java Developer at PSI INTERNATIONAL, Inc. for a brief period before joining Guy Carpenter as a Lead Application Developer, where they are currently employed.

Jim Sheldrick obtained a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Columbia University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. John's University from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Jim has obtained several certifications, including M101JS: MongoDB for Node.js Developers, M101J MongoDB for Java Developers, M102 MongoDB for DBAs, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
