Marc Bethea

Marc Bethea is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management across diverse industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at Marsh McLennan since July 2021, Marc oversees HR functions for Guy Carpenter’s Global Analytics & Advisory, Client Support Services, Data Strategy, and Canadian Broking divisions. Prior to this role, Marc worked as an HR Advisor for British Airways in North America and the Caribbean from January 2018 to July 2021, providing strategic HR support. Additionally, Marc gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Intern at Raw Jūce in 2017. Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
