Seval Çakır is the Head of Catastrophe Modelling Turkey at Guy Carpenter, where they focus on analytics and catastrophe management. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President and Vice President in GC Analytics, and held the role of Analytics & Actuarial Specialist at Aon Benfield from 2011 to 2014. Seval's early experience includes an internship in the Actuarial and Technical Department at Garanti Emeklilik. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from Marmara University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Istanbul University.
