Sherry Thomas

Sherry Thomas has extensive experience in the reinsurance industry. Sherry worked at Guy Carpenter as the Managing Director of Global Strategic Advisory from October 2017 until the present. In this role, they lead a team of over 85 professionals across 9 offices, providing catastrophe modeling, risk analysis, and portfolio management advice to clients. Prior to this, they were the Head of Catastrophe Management - Americas at Guy Carpenter from 2009 to October 2017. Sherry also worked at Aon Benfield as a Senior Vice President from 1997 to 2009.

Sherry Thomas completed their undergraduate education at Old Dominion University from 1994 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
