Tim Armstrong has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Tim started their career at KPMG as a Supervising Senior Auditor from 1991 to 1995. Tim then joined FORTIS, INC., (ASSURANT) as a Manager, Accounting Policy and Financial Analysis from 1995 to 1998. After that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in the Accounting Policy Department from 1997 to 2000. Following that, Armstrong joined Bear Stearns as a Managing Director, External Reporting and Accounting Policy from 2000 to 2003. Tim then moved to Freddie Mac and served in various roles, including Vice President, CFO, Investments and Capital Markets, from 2003 to 2010. Tim joined Ocwen Financial Corporation as a Senior Vice President Mortgage Servicing Operations from 2011 to 2012. Armstrong then worked at Walter Investment Management Corp. as an SVP Finance, overseeing the finance and controller responsibilities of several major subsidiaries, from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their current position, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Grander Private Equity from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the role of Managing Director at Guy Carpenter since 2019.

Tim Armstrong attended the NYU Stern School of Business from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their MBA in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Lehigh University from 1987 to 1991, earning their Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Tim Armstrong also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
