Tim Pollis

Tim Pollis is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in the reinsurance and health insurance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter since December 2014, Tim leads the design and placement of medical stop loss and reinsurance programs, primarily for health plans and captives. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Vice President/Actuary at Willis Re, where responsibilities included leading actuarial efforts for the Life, Accident, and Health segment. Tim's earlier experience includes roles at Aon Benfield and Travelers, focusing on pricing and reserving in various insurance lines. Tim holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Villanova University.
