Yuxin Mao

Yuxin Mao has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Yuxin started as an intern at Aetna in 2007, where they organized case files, conducted legal research, and drafted discovery documents. Yuxin then joined Aetna, a CVS Health Company, in 2008 and held various roles, including Legal and Compliance Advisor and Counsel. In these positions, they handled comprehensive legal matters in international business, particularly in the Asian Pacific regions. Yuxin was responsible for building and maintaining reinsurance arrangements in global jurisdictions and providing legal comments on global data privacy rules. Yuxin Mao joined Guy Carpenter in 2018 as a Contract Specialist and Senior Vice President.

Yuxin Mao completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Sichuan University in 2006. In 2013, Yuxin Mao was admitted to the China National Bar by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. They are also a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
