Kim Burr

Kim Burr is the current Head of Finance at GV. Kim has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Kim started their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Accountant. After three years, they moved to Sequoia Capital as a Finance Manager. In 2009, they joined BlueRun Ventures as their Controller and stayed there until 2010. Kim has been with GV since 2011 and has been instrumental in growing the company's finance department.

Kim Burr studied business economics at the University of California, Los Angeles, and then went on to study accounting at Woodside.

They work with Jon Stritar - Engineering Partner, Ben Robbins - Venture Partner, and Celeste Schnackenberg - Administrative Business Partner. Gina Novak - Controller, Natalie Sanchez - Senior Financial Analyst, and Robin Teng - Controller report to Kim Burr . Their manager is David Krane, CEO & Managing Partner.
