Lily Scott

Lily Scott currently serves as an Executive Business Partner at Google Ventures since July 2022. Previously, Lily held the position of Executive Operations to the CEO at a Stealth Real Estate Developer from March to December 2021 and worked as Operations Manager at Pear VC from March 2015 to March 2021. In the role at Pear VC, responsibilities included managing hiring and training of executive staff, overseeing workplace strategy, leading the Pear Accelerator program, and building community through events and partnerships. Earlier experiences include positions as Community Manager, Operations & Marketing Intern, and Family Assistant. Lily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University.
