Luke Elder

Luke is Legal Counsel at GV. Previously, Luke was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He counseled institutional investors and a variety of public and private companies on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.

Luke received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
