Ryan Spiers

Ryan Spiers is currently the Legal Counsel at GV. Prior to this, they were a consultant for Connor Group and Leeyo Software. From November 2011 to July 2021, they were an Associate for Cooley LLP where they were a part of the Emerging Companies practice group. Ryan started their career at Cooley LLP as a Summer Associate in May 2010 and remained with the company until August 2010.

Their manager is Daphne Chang, General Counsel. They work with Elizabeth Zeratsky - Legal Counsel, Inga Goldbard - Legal Counsel, and Chris Urenda - Corporate Paralegal.
