Paul van Veen

Paul van Veen is a seasoned professional in data management and product ownership, currently serving as the Product Owner for the Data Platform at GVB since November 2024. Previously, Paul held the position of Product Owner for Data Science at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, overseeing a team of data scientists to enhance customer value through machine learning models. Paul's extensive experience includes roles as a Data Management Consultant, Business Data Analyst, and Business Consultant, with notable achievements such as winning the NS IT Innovation Award in 2020 for a vandalism prevention concept. Paul has a solid educational background with an MSc in International Business from Radboud University and further studies at Kansas State University, complemented by a Gymnasium diploma from CLV.
