Carl Reynolds

Carl Reynolds is currently the CIO at GVC Mortgage. Prior to that, they were with Quantum Dynamics, Inc. from March 2015 to July 2015, where they were a Personal Computer Support Technician and Systems Administrator for Data Processing Center at J8-JFHQ-IN. Carl was also an Active Directory Administrator managing Users and Computers, and provided Help Desk support for Thin Client / Desktop / Laptop / Printer Operations. Additionally, they were responsible for managing Re-imaging / Life Cycling of computer Desktops / Laptops / Thin Client machines, and maintaining IAVA Critical Patching to comply with National Guard Bureau guidelines. Carl also supported Military Pay server based applications (IATS, DJMS, DMO, COGNOS, etc.).

Before their time with Quantum Dynamics, Inc., Carl Reynolds worked for the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Indiana from October 2006 to October 2014 as their Information Assurance Officer. In this role, they managed and maintained local/server computer hardware/software for employees and the operational functionality of office automation and equipment to insure minimal failure and downtime. Additionally, they established permission and ownership for files and data elements, ensured security provisions were present to guard against unauthorized update, copying, or destruction of data and electronic media, and coordinated security clearances and passwords for Comptroller division personnel.
