John Kirk

John Kirk is the Chief Compliance Officer at GVC Mortgage. Prior to joining GVC Mortgage, they worked as an Associate at Maddox Hargett & Caruso from May 2007 to November 2015. Their experience includes prosecuting FINRA arbitration cases concerning misrepresentations and omissions under state securities law and self-regulatory rules, as well as complex nationwide class actions in federal court in a wide variety of legal areas.

John Kirk received a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.

They work with Rob Green - Chief Quality Officer, Brad Buck - CFO, and Brock Walradth - COO. Their manager is Bradley Voyles, CEO & Board Member.
