Sudhakar Bathala

Sudhakar Bathala currently serves as the State Head of Operations (COO) at EMRI Green Health Services since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sudhakar held various positions at Godrej Agrovet Limited from March 2020 to August 2024, including Plant Head and Head of Operations, overseeing the management and efficient functioning of manufacturing plants. Sudhakar's earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager in the Indian Navy from July 2004 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing complex naval systems and leading modernization projects. Sudhakar holds an MBA (PGDM) from Great Lakes Institute of Management, expected in 2025, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Andhra University, and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
