Paola Musuraca serves as the Corporate HR Director at GVS Filter Technology since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership. Previous roles include Chief HR Officer and Group HR & Organization Director at Maccaferri from September 2017 to August 2021, along with an HR Business Partner position at Gruppo Industriale Maccaferri from April 2014 to September 2017. Earlier career experiences include HR Organization, Processes, M&A & Change Management at Coesia S.p.A., consultancy at SCS Consulting, and an analytical and project management role at Domedica srl. Paola Musuraca holds a Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale and a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and completed a Maturità Classica at Liceo classico Ivo Oliveti.
