Juliette Pigeon is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist currently working at GVW Group since November 2022, focusing on group executive recruitment for a dynamic industrial holding company. Previously, Juliette founded Insight Connection, a talent consultancy, and served as the managing partner of Equity Insights Recruitment Solutions, providing bespoke and equity-focused recruitment services. Juliette’s experience also includes roles as an account executive at Cozens and a recruitment consultant at Freesource Placement Group, with foundational work as a senior negotiator at Marsh and Parsons and a sales agent at WMP. Juliette holds a Certificate of Accreditation from the Sirdar Applied Directorship Programme and a National Diploma in Counselling from the University of South Africa.
