Aldin-James Escalante

Aldin-James Escalante is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in automation and control systems. Currently serving as an Advanced Automation Systems Engineer at G&W Electric Co. since March 2024, Aldin-James focuses on identifying and deploying automation projects to enhance manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Safety Controls Engineer at Argonne National Laboratory, where complex PLC and HMI systems were designed and developed for accelerator facilities. As a Controls Engineer at BHS Robotics, Aldin-James managed customer integration projects, overseeing the entire process from design to on-site support. Previous positions include programming and upgrading control systems at Dukane and providing electrical engineering support for automotive testing at Burke E. Porter Machinery Company.
