Andrea Munoz

Andrea Munoz has a diverse work experience. Andrea started their career at Lewis University as a Lab Supervisor/Student Worker, where they provided technical assistance and helped with administrative tasks. In 2017, they joined G&W Electric Co. as a Helpdesk Intern, where they performed hardware installations and inventory management. Andrea then transitioned to the role of Desktop Support Technician, troubleshooting printer and computer issues. Later, Andrea became a Business Application Analyst at G&W Electric Co., where they managed user accounts and software administration for various systems such as JDE, SalesForce, and DSI. Most recently, Andrea served as a Business Software/System Administrator, where they handled software administration for multiple platforms and managed user permissions and database connections.

Andrea Munoz attended Lewis University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Andrea double majored in Information Security and Business Administration. In addition, they have obtained two additional certifications. In June 2016, they received the ACE certification from Syntricate.com.au, and in June 2019, they obtained the DAS certification from ReportsNow MasterClass Certificates.
