Mhariel Stirgus

Mhariel Stirgus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mhariel currently works as a Mechanical Design Engineer at G&W Electric Co. since October 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at Army National Guard from 2013, where they held the positions of Supervisor - Logistics Officer and Team Lead - Automated Logistic Specialist. In these roles, they managed soldiers, developed training plans, implemented logistic processes, and created safety procedures. Mhariel also supervised and trained a team of soldiers, conducted equipment analysis, and maintained motor pool vehicles.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at JL Clark as a Design Engineer, where they created and developed innovative packaging solutions for multimillion-dollar companies using SolidWorks.
