Jennifer Rojas, PMP®, CSM®, CSSGB™, ECBA™, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career at Goodyear as an Environmental Coordinator, where they managed hazardous material use and removal, as well as monitored emissions and completed environmental reporting.

Jennifer then moved on to Caterpillar Inc., where they held various roles, including Hydraulic Systems Engineer, Hydraulic Valve Design Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt / Commercial Account Representative, Six Sigma Black Belt II in the Logistics Division, and Program Specialist II in the Logistics Division. In these roles, they successfully completed multiple projects, leading to significant cost savings and process improvements. Jennifer managed international cross-functional project teams, conducted WBS sessions, and utilized their skills in statistical analysis to develop cylinder cost models.

Following their tenure at Caterpillar Inc., Jennifer worked at Newell Brands as a Project Manager. Here, they led continuous improvement projects, worth $4.5M in savings, and conducted brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions. Jennifer also led projects to resource products from current suppliers to lower-cost Asian suppliers and created a weekly dashboard to track savings goals.

Currently, Jennifer is working at G&W Electric Co. as an NPD Project Manager. Their role involves managing new product development projects.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a drive for efficiency and cost reduction. Jennifer holds several certifications, including PMP®, CSM®, CSSGB™, and ECBA™.

Jennifer Rojas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jennifer also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
