Stephen Haley has a diverse and extensive work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Stephen started their career as Sales Manager & European Sales Analyst at Browning Ferris Industries, where they led a sales force and played a key role in implementing the European Operational Management System. Stephen then worked as an Account Executive at Cendant Corporation, focusing on solution sales and support for customer loyalty enhancement services. At Engility formerly Dynamics Research Corporation, they served as a Business Development Manager, driving consultative selling of integrated ERP and supply chain management solutions to government entities.

Haley also held roles at Iconic Interactive Design as a Business Development & Operations Manager, and at ABB as a Project Controls Manager for the ExxonMobil Sakhalin Island Project. Stephen then joined Panalpina as a Global Sales Executive, where they managed global sales development with tier 1 MNCs and achieved a 15% increase in gross profit.

Haley's next role was at Wyman Gordon, where they served as Global Vice President Sales and was responsible for driving rapid growth in the largest market in China. Stephen led a global sales force and agent network, propelling annual sales to over $300M. Stephen also played a crucial role in integrating a Chinese joint venture company to diversify the business.

Currently, Haley is Vice President Global Sales at G&W Electric Co., where they are a member of the Executive Management Team. In this role, they are responsible for developing the Global GTM Sales Strategy and leading a global channel team to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Stephen has successfully penetrated new markets and achieved significant growth in the industrial vertical. Stephen also played a key role in integrating two European company acquisitions and expanding the company's addressable market.

Stephen Haley obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Clemson University in 1992.
