Ben Schuerman

Ben Schuerman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in parts management, custom knife production, and various industrial roles. Currently serving as a Parts Specialist at G&W Equipment, Inc. since May 2021, Ben oversees warehouse operations, quality assurance, inventory control, and customer service. As the Owner of DitchPig Knives since August 2016, Ben specializes in custom knife production and repair. Previous positions include Parts Team Lead at Carolina Handling, Ultrasonic Testing with West Penn Testing Group, and Collections Specialist at Williams and Fudge. Ben's earlier experience as Production Supervisor at Missouri Metals Co. and Supervisor at CACi showcases leadership in training and maintaining safety standards. Additional management experience was gained at Twisters Iron Bar Saloon, focusing on operational oversight and inventory management. Ben holds a High School Diploma from Desoto High School.
