Robb Williamson

Robb Williamson began their work experience in 2015 with INTREC as an Information Technology Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by implementing strategic plans for information technologies. Robb also implemented disaster recovery and backup procedures, as well as information security and control structures. Additionally, Robb recommended IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes and identifying problems. Robb was also involved in setting up, administering, maintaining, and upgrading communication systems, local area networks, and wide area networks.

In 2022, Robb joined Arq Group as a Cloud Engineer. In this position, they worked on cloud-related projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.

Later in 2022, Robb moved to GWA Group Limited, where they assumed the role of Cloud Platform Engineer. As a Cloud Platform Engineer, they are currently responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services.

Robb Williamson began their education in the field of Information Technology in 2012 at TAFE NSW. Robb completed a Certificate III in Information, Digital Media And Technology (Network Administration) ICA3011 from 2012 to 2013. Following this, Robb pursued further studies and obtained a Certificate IV in Information Technology Networking ICA40411 from TAFE NSW between 2013 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Robb has also acquired multiple certifications in the field of Information Technology. In 2020, they became MCSA: Windows Server 2016 - Certified and also achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification. Furthermore, in 2021, Robb obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
