Gwalia provides a range of housing options with associated tenancy support to people looking to move into a home of their own. We offer general, intermediate and sheltered rental options and aim to give people a sense of ownership of their homes and spaces. We have lots of experience in developing close-knit communities where people can feel safe and secure and we work closely with our tenants to involve them in our work and community engagement activities.
