Jessica Fulks

Jessica Fulks is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and business services. Currently serving as the Business Services Manager at Gwinnett County Public Library since December 2018, Jessica was promoted from Staff Accountant after completing the UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government Library Financial Management Certification Program in May 2019. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at CM Systems LLC from October 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Executive Accounting and Purchasing Assistant at The Louver Shop and as an Accounting Specialist at ComplianceMate. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Georgia.
