Kevin Middlebrooks

Kevin Middlebrooks currently serves as the Deputy Director of Technical Services for Gwinnett County Government since June 2022, overseeing a division that encompasses various areas including permitting, stormwater management, and water resources laboratory operations. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Section Manager for Stormwater Technical Services at Hazen and Sawyer, where responsibilities included supporting water utilities and municipalities with water resource solutions.
