Kevin Rainey

Kevin Rainey is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing information systems and technology projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Division Director for Systems and Technology at Gwinnett County Government since February 2018, Kevin oversees capital and operational budgets in addition to managing technology projects for water resources. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Information Technology at Kubota Corporation, where Kevin managed diverse technology teams, and as Technology Consultant at webTreeloan.com, where Kevin spearheaded a technology startup initiative. Kevin also held positions as Director of Information Technology at Conseco and Sitel Corporation, where responsibilities involved budgeting, staff management, and vendor relations. Kevin's educational background includes a Master's in Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
